You can now order your prescriptions and make appointments online!
My Health Online allows you to access a range of services via your computer, mobile or tablet. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:
- book or cancel appointments online
- renew or order repeat prescriptions online
- view parts of your GP record, including information about medication, allergies, and your nominated pharmacy/collection

You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time. More information including “how to” leaflets and videos of patients and why they are using My Health Online services are available if you click here.
How to sign-up
Please download and complete the My Health Online New User form and bring it with you next time you visit the surgery. Please be aware that we do ask you for a piece of photographic ID (passport, driving licence etc.) so please bring this with you when dropping off the form.
