This clinic is run by the Doctor and Health Visitor and is held on a Wednesday afternoon between 2 and 3:30pm. Appointments will be sent to you from Community Services at Bronglais Hospital for immunisations and routine baby health checks.
We provide shared antenatal care throughout pregnancy in partnership with our local midwives and obstetricians. You should make an appointment to see a doctor as soon as you think you may be pregnant.

Child Health Surveillance
Child development checks are provided by the Health Visitor and doctor if required. The Health Visitor will arrange appointments for baby checks at the surgery and childhood immunisations according to the recommended national schedule.
Family Planning Clinic
Contraceptive advice is available from the practice nurses and the doctors.
Flu Vaccine Clinics
An open-access clinic held between 2-3pm in the autumn, usually the clinic starts on the first Monday in October.
Flu and Pneumococcal vaccines can also be given opportunistically during surgery hours.
The practice nurse provides immunisations during surgery hours.

All doctors at the surgery perform minor surgery. Various problems such as: Injection of painful joints, removal of skin lesions and treatment of warts can be done at the surgery.
You will be required to see the doctor in surgery prior to booking an appointment for the minor surgery clinic.
